To me, a peer of whatever sort is a person who, when travelling outside the
kingdom, is someone of whom I would expect others to say, "That's an
Ansteorran? Wow! I want to be like that!" That person could be a great
fighter, perform exceptional service, or be a fantastic artisan, but that's
the quality I look for first.
