	Greetings All,

	You might think that being the assistant Gulf War Liaison (in
training to take over as the war liaison beginning in 2004), would be enough
to keep him busy, but apparently not! In addition to everything else that he
is doing for the war, Baron Godwin is coordinating fund raising for the
Ansteorran Gulf War Gate in the Coastal Region.

	Like the good manager that he is, His Excellency is recruiting good
people run the various fund raisers such as the silent auction that is being
planned for Crown Tournament next month. If you have any questions about
fund raising in the Costal Region, please contact Baron Godwin who's contact
