[Ansteorra] The real problem . . . Officers

The way I see it as being an officer is this....

When you do something that you love and enjoy and you do it well, you 
sometimes forget the hard work and effort you put into it when you see those 
around you enjoying the fruits of your labors and that of those that helped 
you to accomplish it.  From everything to presenting a noble or even the 
crowns of Ansteorra with a gift, to receiving your AoA (which is something I 
aspire to acheive for myself) or some other award or sign of 
recognition.......it is worth it I would think.
