[Ansteorra] Not Gas, but Goose! ! !

Greetings to all,

I hate to get off the Mundane topic of Gas Prices, but I have more of a
period question or problem.
In the future I plan on doing a feast for about 100 citizens of our
great Kingdom of Ansteorra.
I am searching for some period recipes on water fowl such as ducks and
geese.
I would deeply appreciate a push in the right direction. Please send any
