Same as usual...if you have e-mailed before today or snail mailed in more than 3 days ago and it isn't on this list, that means I didn't/haven't received the authorization form.  If you are the mailing person, you are welcome to contact me to verify.  If you are the person who isn't on the list, contact the authorizing marshal that sent in your forms to verify that they have been forwarded to my office.
