Really sounds like something to raise a stink over.

Ok Wow!
Seriously? Who walks wool these days? The idea of saving a bucket of urine so that it can turn into ammonia and therefore set the dyes added to the wool while the women of the group sit around stomping on it and walking on it as a social/work gathering does not seem appealing. I understand some people are crazy though, so perhaps a small confined room with aged urine might sound infinitely appealing to them.

Yes, even the Laurels are judged by that kind of standard...I have a friend who got points taken off because she did not urinate on her wool she used in her project...

greetings
ummm , not to be picky , but the last laurel to pick apart something I made as a novice, would be screaming that it wasn't a period snow man because everyone involved wasn't wearing period hand coverings at the time it was made , the chemical composition of the snow contained modern chemicals , and the pattern used to design and make the snowman was based on modern references , and not documentable " period snow man patterns " and if anyone had actually taken the time to do the research into medieval snow men patterns , as referenced in the private collection of period snowmen scrolls hidden in the twice flooded, triple locked basement of the Vatican , they would have known this ; )
( and probably not had a lick of fun either ; )

( who has already had 4 big bowls of undocumented snow ice-cream this winter : )
but really hopes the weather warms up soon !!!
