[Ansteorra] Fee Increase and other Business...

Vincenti and Lochlan those are awesome ideas! After I saw the financial
report it basically just says out loud that it is time to take a proactive
approach to getting paid members and bringing in newcomers. Now that may
just be me taking my office too seriously, but I think our ideas can really
work!

By the way Vincenti, "I am too cheep for a full nickel!" almost made me spew
coffee on my screen, thanks for the giggle! :)
