On thing to be careful about is that till that membership application gets to corporate and is processed they are not members and the NMS for them still needs to go up to corporate for them.  This will also mean if they go to another event and have not yet gotten their proof of membership back from corporate they will have to pay there as well.  They will need to be aware of this so no misunderstanding happens later on.
