The second hit was to an article in scatoday.net.  It links to a
<http://www.sca.org/BOD/announcements/>, the set of official Board
announcements.  The first is

which links to <http://www.sca.org/BOD/announcements/finance.html>


As with the Ansteorran lists I've seen, the archives are publicly
available on-line.
