Bring back the waterbearers?  Did they all go on vacation?  The only 
thing that went away was the bureaucratic office structure.  You can 
still do it, you can still organize it, and you can still pay for it out 
of group funds.  You lost having to do reports.  Sounds like a deal to 
me! =)
