[Ansteorra] tagging newcomers

I am fond of the yellow with the green stripe and name idea. That way for
the very new many people can help you find some one from your home group at
a large event.
Example: My first event was Gothic War I had been to one demo and about
three fighter practices before it and had been told to ask for Wu or or
Chiang at troll. When I found troll I had a laps in memory and could not for
the life of me remember either of their names or the word Bonwicke. Luckily
Chiang found me.
Now for Bonwicke this is not a huge problem because if I had said Lubbock we
could have quickly determined what group I was with. But for people from the
DFW area or Huston where it comes down to zip codes and even that is no
guarantee it might take a while to actually figure out who they have been
meeting with.
