- Are we going to give it a try?
- If so, what is the symbol going to be?
- When should we attempt to deploy this?

To which eule offers:
- Only if a leader steps forward to enact the ideas presented.
- Whatever the individual shows the initiative to create.
- When someone steps forward to lead this.

If someone is interested enough in effecting any kind of change, they
will identify the problem, create a solution, step forward and lead the
effort.  No one needs to receive approval from this list to make
something happen...you just need the intiative to make it happen.
