[Ansteorra] newcomer/tagging/etc

Good Gentles of Ansteorra,

Just a quick thought in another direction on the whole newcomer issue...why not have those who are willing to assist newcomers wear something rather than "flagging" the newcomers? This would resolve the isolation that someone tagged as new would feel, while allowing for those who are wishing to help to make themselves available,  just my two cents.
