NK - Alton's Deputy

Alton,
	as I didnt see anyone jump to your aid when you suggested needing a
deputy, I would like to pick up the gauntlet, or staff, whatever you want to
call it.  I've wanted to renew my Marshalling card for a while, and it
couldnt hurt to have several authorized marshalls in case one of us cannot
make it to practices.
