I was watching Paula Deen on TV the other day and she was making a nice
chicken and rice casserole. It occurs to me that it did not differ all
that much from SCA-period "blancmange" does not? You can sneak a lot of
nutrition into that and still be nice and "soft" for his tender mouth.
I can't help but think that some proper animal proteins will help him
heal faster. Yes, this is a dish served sweet! Look here:
