[Sca-cooks] warming cheese goo

I don't know if this will work or not, but, tonight on 'Good Eats', Alton Brown made cheese soup and mentioned the same problem with cheese.  His recommendation for holding it and keeping it warm was using a thermos; and to reheat, heat slowly over a double boiler to keep it from separating.
