And the winner is!!!!!!!? Master Braden had the same author.? I found it as a trade paperback.? I am thinking it is not the coffee table book evidently labeled "food porn" that it once was.? But I can do with a paperback.? Thanks again.

Try "Ingredients" by Peter Mirams, Loukie Werle, and Jill Cox  ISBN: 
3829034539.  Published by Konemann in 2000.  It's supposed to be a trade 
paperback with a lot of color plates.
