[Sca-cooks] PAM stuff stripping off the seasoning on iron ware?

I have a couple of well seasoned steel cookie sheets. A couple of weeks
ago, an eggy goo from an overflowing quiche covered a portion of the sheet.
After washing the sheets as well and carefully as i could i now have bare
metal where the egg was.
