No thanks, I am already quite well informed on the subject.

I don't buy prepared foods if I can help it because of the use of 
these things in them. I've been on a concerted campaign for the last 
six months to improve my diet and health. Since giving up a lot of 
junk I used to eat, I have managed to drop my total cholesterol, LDL 
and triglycerides by more than 35 points each.

Most of the fats I do eat now are either monounsaturated or omega-3 
fats. When I do eat animal derived fats, it is in strictly limited 
quantities, usually in the form of cheese (and not any of that 
process junk, real cheese).
