Salmon, halibut, cod, steelhead. Shrimp and scallops. I hate the 
smell while cooking, and most of them are no fun without butter or 
other verboten sauces.

I get hungry quickly too. Maybe it takes less time for the stomach to 
break down those particular proteins?

Our cleaning lady brought us some fresh eggs from her chickens.
