express its gratitude to the members and participants who have taken the time
to offer their thoughts and advice regarding the background check program

brought up as the implementation process is developed. We continue to invite
polite, concerned and productive comments from our participants regarding this
upcoming program. Vitriolic diatribe offers little in the way of solutions, and

creating a list of questions to be answered regarding the implementation of

reduces participation or causes hardship for our members. However, we are faced
with certain legal obligations that make background checks the only viable
option. Therefore, we are taking every step possible to make this new process
