with the army of Glenn Abahnn marching <BR>across the borders. Many a brave
Ansteorran travels to defend at the Castle <BR>of Borderkeep in the Barony of
Bordermarch. There's many a war widow, old <BR>and young, and home guard who are
left behind. Let the forlorn and forgotten <BR>fear not for the good folk of the
Canton of Chemin Noir have opened their <BR>arms wide in hospitality to welcome
all refugees. Seek solace and safety in <BR>the hall among the kind generous
people of the most northern of Ansteorran <BR>outposts. Far from the horns of
war the Fair of the Harvest will be held on <BR>November 21-23 at the Will
Rogers Scout Ranch in Cleveland OK.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>There will be all manner of activities to keep your
mind off the fretful <BR>hours waiting the return of the war heroes, inspections
of the local crafts, <BR>bardic performances, a hunt has been organized with
both spear and bow, with <BR>a fine feast to follow.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Some outlying farms have reported a roving troop of
armed men. Possibly this <BR>troop is bandits seeking to capitalize on the
lessoned defenses in this time <BR>of conflict. Possibly they are a Glenn Abahnn
scouting party seeking a <BR>northern route into Ansteorra. Any soul who can
lift a blade would be <BR>welcomed to join in the search to end these
brigands.</FONT></DIV>

atmosphere of the SCA from 20 years <BR>ago and makes the dream come alive all
