Kingdom Heraldic Meeting

For all who are interested The Star Principal Herald (Kindom Officer 
in charge of Heraldry) Sir Arenvald Kief av Kiersted will be holding 
the College of Heralds meeting to discuss submissions in the Internal 
Letter of Intent (ILoI) at the next Tempio event(on Saturday). ANYONE
wishing to, may attend. Amusing remarks will be tolerated, but nasty 
remarks about submissions will not (and have not been during his 
tenure). He and his staff will be willing to answer questions 
reguarding all matters heraldic after the meeting. 

If you have questions about tracking a past submission that got lost 
(technically your local herald should be able to do this) 
it is better to write him at his snail mail address. And if you want 
to be really nice enclose a SASE or SASpostcard. (Odd pieces of paper 
and memories get lost going to and fro to events).

He cannot take submissions directly from individuals, they have to go 
through the group herald and the check or money order has to come 
from a recognized group.

If you have trouble with a group herald talk and or write to them 
first (in polite language), then talk to the local seneschal to see 
if the problem can be solved on a local level. If this does'nt work 
write and talk to the Regional Herald. If you can't get any action or 
or still have a problem write to the Star Principal Herald.(and 
remember it takes time for things to be set right especially with 
volunteers)

If you have moved in from out of kingdom contact our Zodiacus (the 
guy in charge of precedence<sp>) Aohdan, and give him verification of 
the awards you have recieved so he can get you in our OP. He posts 
here pretty often so ya'll can get the e-mail address here.

The new Order of Precedence (listing of awards) and the new Herald's 
handbook should be available for purchase throught the Kingdom Stock
Clerk soon.
