*sigh*...I watched this happen just a week ago. Someone threatened 
prosecution for copyright infringement on an MU* and we almost lost 
everything we had. If you're going to involve other members and threaten 
both our enjoyment of the list, as well as the possibility of involvement 
in some sort of legal issue, _please_ask_us_first_. Whether the members 
of the list _could_ get involved or not, I don't know; that's beside the 
desire to see either the mailing list die or a letter from a lawyer.
