My lord happens to be a Lion and gets consulted along with the other 
Lions (or at least in most reigns) about some of the more likely 
candidates for the Honour. Each crown gets a list of people who have 
been nominated and has people they believe to be worthy. The decision 
to make a lion is a very difficult one. If you know of an individual 
who "plays the part" and makes "the dream" live for many people on a 
consistant basis WRITE the CROWN. Your reaction may push the tide 
over the top for your favorite.
