Actually, in the state of TX no. You must be the property owner, or an agent
of the property owner in order for the police you call to wisk them away if
they will not leave when you ask.  Technically, you can't ask them to leave
unless you are the owner or owner's agent. Gees.

Another reason for the new policy no site contracts is this exact situation.
