I have a file of messages off the Rialto indicating that the cost of
being crown is between $2000 and $8000 in other kingdoms. Some
kingdoms soften this with travel funds. The file details where some
of the crowns have had to spend money. If anyone would like this file
(about 14K bytes) let me know.
