Heraldic meetings

Greetings.

I was pursuing this message about Heraldic meetings, thinking, "Cool," 
when all of a sudden I realized that I don't even know what goes on at 
one of these heraldic meetings.  I assume there is some kind of 
commentary, but what else goes on?

I guess I could ask my lord Archibald, but he's at work...
