In reply to the topic on King's College,
I am always willing to teach a class on beginning recorder playing,
Byzantine garb, construction of the Renaissance guitar, herbalism, and a few
other topics I can't think of right now, but have taught or written papers
on in the past.
I am always in the middle of researching new topics, such as providing a
source list of renaissance composers for musicians, how to write and read
nueme notation, life in Byzantium in the 11th century, or Danish Ballads and
how to dance to them (that is just from a few of the books I have stacked
next to my bed at home).
Please call on me if you need a teacher or someone to help with a King's
College. I would love to see Bryn Gwlad do one here, or help one of our
neighbor groups to put one on.
I think it is a great idea to bring in experts in a field. We are, after
all, here to learn.
As always, In Service to the Society, Lady Zara Zena Theanos
