HH> The appropriateness of any song performed in a bardic should depend on

I am at a complete loss to fathom how "Dorsai," "Tullamore Dew," and
"smoothin' with Tucker" have *anything* to do with the Middle Ages or the
Rennaissance or SCA history. These elements of this song do not appear in
*any* history of either our period or our Society that I have ever read. It
is therefor *never* appropriate in an SCA venue.

So from the sewers we should only step up to the gutters? Why can we not walk
into the hall where the gentlefolk and the nobles are to be found?

 HH> In all

Sure, as long as it is period or in a period style about period or SCA subject
matter. This song is *none* of these.

HH> (By the way, I did get a copy of

Done *once* was overdone.

 HH> I
HH> promise not to sing it if I know there's an Ansteorran it earshot --

Please do the rest of the SCA a favor and don't sing it all in an SCA venue.
