No, it should actually be:
  
  3. The Sovereign
  4. The Consort

Note that these are gender-neutral terms.  The Sovereign is the person who won
the Crown Tournament; the Consort is the person they chose to rule with them;
the Crown is the pair (all after their Coronation, of course).
