I beg your pardon.  *I*'m not being sexist.  To be honest, from a 
protocol standpoint, of progression from least to most, it *should*
be:
         3.   The Consort
         4.   The Crown

But since the trend is to cheer the Consort as a mere appendage of 
the Crown, the Consort comes second.
