Court Heraldry Question...

I'll admit it.  I'm not a court Herald (much less any other kind), but as 
a protocol retentive, I would suppose that the order would be:

	1.  The place holding the event
	2.  The Person holding the court
	3.  The Crown (him)
	4.  The Crown (her)
	5.  The Kingdom.
