Please watch your language.

And, no, here in Ansteorra King and Queen rule equally, one is not a
consort.  It is merely by tradition that the Queen is acknowledged second.
Some might say that, like the courts of England, closer to the end is the
higher position of honor (in America, the pres, etc. enter first, in
England, everyone comes in and then the Sovereign is the last to enter),
none of it has to do with sexism or anything else.  During Rowan's reign, I
believe she was -- or should have been -- acknowledged first.
