Gothic War info needed

Hello!

I'm a relative newbie headed to my first battle event - Gothic War. I've got
a general idea of where the event is held (Lubbock) but not much beyond that.

I'd appreciate any the following info:

        * Directions to the site
        * Fighting schedule & times of any other significant events
        * Registration cost (was pre-registration a necessity?)
        * Site conditions (primitive camping?)
        * Anything else I need to bring or should expect
