Where Are the Black Stars?

Heilsa, All!

        So far it seems that everyone has not received EITHER 1st OR 3rd
class Black Stars.  Don't call the postman... call the Kingdom Chronicler
and find out the date they were supposedly mailed.  Let the Chronicler
harrass the post office.  Although if EVERYONE is missing them, the
Chronicler is probably late, not the postman.
