Kazi's (sp?) has it is Dallas. They also serve it as sushi.
I would guess that most specialty groceries would be able to get it.
Freshwater Must be cooked. There are nasty parasites that do not live in
saltwater fish.
Eel (pilvers or elvers, I cannot remember) are a common dish in England.
I had them at a pub down near Salisbury. They were tossed in butter and
garlic. 
Just treat it as a fatty fish and enjoy.
