Bardic Circles at Events

	Alright, time for your Calontiri Lurker to be activated...
	As an invertabrate Bard, (yep, having no backbone, I am a bard to
avoid the bruises...)  I never wait for the official bardic circle to be
set up, nor do I expect one.  If one bard is willing to entertain,
(usually me), then any others that walk by get the idea they can to.
	That's why I tell all our bards that THEY are the Bardic Circle,
not the officila set-up thingie they expect to find waiting under plastic
and sanitized for your protection.  If it is a comfortable place to sit,
looks nice, has room for more than the average doghouse, and the potables
are near by.  By Braggi It's a Bardic Circle Location!
	Enough, engage lurker mode.
