most of the time someone writes to ansteorra at eden.com for help contacting a
group they are not a member of the mailing list, simply replying only sends
it to the list you have to include a cc to the individual initiating the
request.
(in this case MSTRDV at gnn.com) I bounced this message to s/h/it but I don;t
usually keep much of a record about who asked what
