Local Herald?

Greetings good Fellows

    I've finally found the perfect name and worked out a device to use in the
SCA.  My only problem now is trying to find a local herald to start the
submission process.  I live in Hempstead, Tx.  this is about 50 miles
northwest of Houston.  Does anybody know who to contact?
