New Shakespeare Ref. Book

Good morning, all.

For you Shakespeare fans, there is a new reference book out now:

Davis, J. Madison. The Shakespeare Name and Place Dictionary. London 
; Chicago : Fitzroy Dearborn, 1995.  ISBN  1884964176.

While I do not think that it can be a "proper" heraldic source, it 
does include other period references to some of the names; i.e, if 
the name appears in other literature, prior to or contemporary with 
Shakespeare, it does include that information.

Hmmm, after some more reading, it does include dates for some of the 
names. Not all, just some.
