Eilis asked for info about our awards system, a perfectly reasonable request
for our Kingdom's ombudsman. You *did* know that she is our Kingdom ombudsman,
didn't you?

Frankly, I'm glad to see our ombudsman taking an interest in learning about
Ansteorra.  None of Eilis's predecessors ever did so.
