In this particular case, the ombudsman is a Board member assigned
specifically to serve as a liason with a particular Kingdom, and to keep
the rest of the Board informed about what is going on there.  We are
assigned as ombudsmen for Kingdoms not our own, and that we do not have
strng personal ties to.
