Greetings!

Artorius had not actually stepped up.  I am told that he was not 
enthusiastic about taking on the office.  This was not announced at 
Coronation; I had a call from Badon to tell me that he is now it, and he 
authorized me to post the news to this list, and to the WWW page.

Badon told me that it will be announced at Queen's Champion.
