I sincerely regret the error. I guess that by the time I got to the end
of the document, my brain had become slightly numb. Please substitute
the words, "the tax lawyer(s) hired by the BoD" for "Ms. Early" or "Susan
Early". I apologize for the misattribution.

Have you seen the opinion which Lisa Steele (?) prepared at the request
of Mark Schuldenfrei (?)? It looked as official, stated in detail the
reasons for their concern, and came from a lawyer specializing in tax
law. I just wanted to know how we could break the tie.
