Ansteorran Rules Website Overhaul

Greetings,

About a month ago I opened a website for downloading  a compressed copy 
of Ansteorra's Complete Participant's Handbook.  Since then several 
people have asked me to add an online copy  and to make the 
compressed copy available as a single file rather then the previous 
one which contained a total of ten files.  

It's done.  Check it out at:
