For you tapestries enthusiasts:

association with University of Washington Press, 1996.  In the series 
Monographs on the fine arts ; v. 52.  ISBN 029597513X 

There is an extensive bibliography at the back.  Unfortunately, 
though, most of the photos are black and white only, with just 11 
color plates.

Lots and lots of historical stuff, though.
