Starhelm has two awards from Ansteorra and so *must* be listed in the
Ansteorran Roll of Precedence, since it is an historical document (unlike those
maintained by other Kingdoms).  

I *think* (but my memory is fuzzy, so I'm not *positive*) that he *was*
stationed in Ansteorra for a brief period.

The two awards are:

  Gilded Thorn of Ansteorra 3/10/79 (although he *was* in Meridies at this
time)
  Court Barony 3/8/80 (Lloyd I & Joselyn I)

For those not as... venerable (yeah, that's the word) as Tivar and myself the
GTA was an award from Ansteorra's Principality days.
