Gulf Wars A & S Competition

Alas, Sir Galen and I will not be able to attend Gulf Wars; we will have to
be content with London and Helsinki instead.

However, in a fit of guilt that I won't be participating, I make the
following offer:  If anyone would like some feedback or help with their
documentation for an A & S entry, if you can get it to me by March 12, 1995,
I'll try to do what I can.
