Sharon Krossa's Scottish Naming FAQ

Greetings fellow Ansteorrans..

I am not sure how many of you have the opportunity to read the Rialto 
regularly, but a learned gentle there by the name of Sharon Krossa 
(Effric in the SCA) has compiled a very lengthy and very informative 
FAQ-type document concerning naming practices for Scots of all types. She 
is currently a graduate student at Aberdeen Univ in Scotland, and
is looking for feedback on the readability and usefulness of this 
document. I thought it would be helpful perhaps for the local heralds to 
take a look at it, and any newbie (like myself!) who is interested in 
constructing a Scottish persona name might like it too.
